Combine Systematically – The “Zieher System”
Zieher offers innumerable possibilities to present food optically appealing and highly flexible. When developing new buffet products it is of high importance for Zieher to guarantee compatibility among the individual systems.

From these standards the “Zieher System” derived. It consists of three different heights which are 12, 24 and 36 cm and offers through that an optimal division of the buffet’s different presentation areas. The already existing buffet systems “Choice” and “Lightning Buffet” combined with the buffet columns “Antique”, the buffet cubes “Cube” and the glass bridges “U-Turn” do not only produce extraordinary optics but also offer the fitting setting for every occasion.

Additionally, the buffet columns “Rock Art” made from massive marble with 8, 16 and 24 cm were created to accomplish more flexibility.
Also the cubes “Konkret!” have been newly added. Thru their neutral shape and colour they provide a modern architecture at the buffet.



Because of the multiple possibilities concerning design and material, every buffet is easily adapted to any accommodation. The system becomes part of the whole arrangement and integrates harmonically into any ambiance.
