Our Popular "Modul"-System: Now Available in Melamine!

Zieher’s catering-system "Modul" which is based on the idea and concept of Heiko Antoniewicz is now available in melamine (previously only wood).

"The "Modul"-series is the perfect system for all sections of modern catering. It creates room for creativity and can be fielded individually" (Heiko Antoniewicz).

"Modul" is a flexible product especially for the waiting staff in combination with the "Flying Buffet" and is therefore ideally suitable for the catering industry.

The smallest tray made of melamine has been adjusted to a length of 530mm and is partially compatible with  existing GN-systems. All trays are stackable.

The advantages of melamine, such as being dishwasher-safe, food-safe, and temperature-resistant from -20 up to +120°C, become especially apparent when in everyday catering use.

Due to the slender rectangle shape of the basic tray (available in three sizes), stand-up receptions, which frequently pose a challenge, become a straightforward thing.

The tray can be equipped individually with various parts made of glass or porcelain, a bridge for different glasses, or a spoon stand which is suitable for taking up to four party-spoons.

Next to merely technical alterations, the matt black trays distinguish themselves from the wooden variant by both their plain and modern design and the pleasant surface feel.
Precisely because the "Modul"-system is designed "to be different from others", it is becoming more and more important within the highly-competitive catering sector.

All individual parts have been designed exclusively for this buffet system.
