Heiko Antoniewicz developed both idea and concept for "Modul", the new catering tray system by Zieher. In cooperation with him Zieher have prepared the market launch of the series.

"Modul" is a flexible product ready for ‘flying buffet’ service – and therefore ideally suited for use in the catering area.
Made from massive wood, the catering system is nearly unbeatable in terms of flexibility and versatility:
The slim oblong format of the base tray renders the often cumbersome service at standing receptions barrier-free and uncomplicated. The tray can be variably fitted with glass or porcelain parts, a bridge for glasses, or a wooden spoon bench for up to 16 spoons.
The harmonious mix of materials such as massive wood, stainless steel, glass and porcelain creates an unimposing background for the presentation of lavishly arranged delicacies.
"Different from the rest" is the motto for "Modul" – a philosophy that is gaining in importance considering the tough competition in the catering sector.
The use of two spoon benches creates space for up to 16 spits.
Every single part has been specially developed for this catering system.
