"Duo": Bowl or Plate? – Why not both of it?

The latest porcelain invention from Zieher’s design department distinguishes itself by an extraordinary combination of two elements that are usually kept separate. The organically shaped bowl of the "Duo" duet, with its delicate handle, literally penetrates the saucer. The two parts thus melt together into a unity of form and function; lines and curves of bowl and saucer are a perfect match.

As an individual element the saucer creates a perfect space for presenting amuse geule, tapas, or antipasti variations. The little opening in the handle leaves space for decorative accents.

Combined as well as presented individually, with "Duo" you have the possibility of turning your dishes also into a haptic and visual - rather than merely a culinary - highlight.

"Duo" is available in three different sizes:
Beginning with the miniature bowl (0,08 l), and continuing with a bowl of intermediate size (0,28 l), there is also a full-size bowl (0,63 l) all of which are perfectly appropriate for the ‘mise-en-scène’ of pasta and salads.
