The series comprises various platters, features bowls that can be nested one into the other (allowing a perfect sequence of foods), and satisfies even elevated customer demands with the innovation IN &OUT.
CIM creates an adequate presentation space – and thus a solution for offering food – that is just a little less ordinary.
CIM offers various solutions to intelligently alternate large and small items, hot and cold foods, as well as fluids and solids within a relatively small space. Under supervision of various top chefs a perfectly smooth design series has been developed, whose individual items can be freely combined and coupled.
Zieher’s product range includes six different porcelain series, all of which are visually captivating because of their innovative design.
Ferran Adria, probably the best-known representative of molecular cooking, participated especially in the development of the "Ola" series.
