Amusing Forms Made of Glass – “Amuse”
The new series “Amuse” by glass designer Michael Schwarzmüller (www.borosi.de) stages delicious nibbles most skillfully.
Whether this involves hot desserts, fine soups and dips, exotic purees or smoothies – the filigree jars with their organic form whet the appetite and ensure pleasurable table talks.
The various forms of the hand-blown glass offer top chefs and professional hosts the possibility of serving their dishes in an amusing manner.
“Amuse” wants to inspire imagination and stimulates playful experimentation.
However, the thin-walled cups and bowls made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass have even more in store: they are enormously solid and functional. The double-walled bowls from the series in fact accumulate heat or cold. A “Flying Buffet” with sorbet? With “Amuse” this is no problem at all!
The double-walled glasses made of borosilicate glass (chemical- and temperature-resistant glasses) are hand-blown and offer the optimal “vista” when presenting dishes and drinks. Apart from this, high-quality borosilicate glass distinguishes itself in its temperature resistance which extends from -200 until +400°C.
