Thomas DötzerDate of Birth 9 April 1962
During his training as a cook in a family-run restaurant in so-called Franconian Switzerland he got to know - and fell in love with - the great diversity of available herbs and spices. Soon be became a chef. At age 26 he already ran his own restaurant.
Mr. Dötzer is a wine specialist as well as a wine lover. His expertise as a chef covers such diverse gastronomies as the bistro and the gourmet restaurant, traditional Franconian food and fine Italian cuisine.
Thomas Dötzer has been our adviser for many years. He establishes a harmonious relationship between fine food, adequate tableware and interior design. He also acts according to the philosophy that "the client has to be at the centre of the event". Dötzer considers it his job to make the palate of the guest feel a pleasure equal to that of the atmosphere created by the visual experience.
